| The Vila de Sol was built in 1998/2000. It's situated 3 kilometres from Sesimbra and the beaches.
The Quintinha is exclusively made up of well-built villas, really quiet, despite the local transport network with a regular bus line to the centre of Sesimbra and the beaches or to Lisbon not being far away (5 minutes by foot).
In spite of the good location in regard to transport, we recommend that our guests rent a car with which they can easily drive to the beaches, the suuroundings and into the centre and reconnoitre the hilly landscape without any problems.
The house has a living area of 530 square metres. On the few cold days all rooms are heated (central heating).
The rooms are cleaned by the personnel every day, towels and bed linen are changed regularly.
From the villa there is an interesting view of the site and of the surrounding area.
