| The house is situated 3 kilometres from Sesimbra and the beaches close to the Vila de Sol.
The Quintinha is exclusively made up of well-built villas, really quiet, despite the local transport network with a regular bus line to the centre of Sesimbra and the beaches or to Lisbon not being far away (5 minutes by foot).
The house can be rented by a group up to 12 persons (ideal 10 persons) or it will be used by the Vila de Sol as a kind of annex, when te villa is booked out. The guests of the Vila de Sol enjoy the the comfort of the villa, the pool and the garden.
If the house is completely booked by a group, the use of the pool area has to be co-ordinated with the Vila de Sol. The hous has 7 bedrooms (1 suite with seperate bathroom).
In spite of the good location in regard to transport, we recommend that our guests rent a car with which they can easily drive to the beaches, the suuroundings and into the centre and reconnoitre the hilly landscape without any problems. |

The bedroom s in the 1st, 2nd., 4th. floor have french beds, the bedroom sin the 2nd. floor have 2 seperate beds each, and the bedroom in the 3rd. floor has 1 french bed and 2 seperate beds ( for example forkids). The house is built in tarraces, so that the floors are like intermediate storeys. |
