So, you describe your dream property to us (size, furnishings, location, price...).

We then try to locate a suitable property for you (5 properties max.). We produce a short description of the properties and send them to you by e-mail.

Would you like to view the property?

• Take 3 days (perhaps over the weekend) to explore the surroundings and observe the property.
• For this time, stay in the Vila de Sol or a similar accommodation (minimum category 3 suns).
• We arrange the visiting appointment, accompany you there and act as your interpreter.
• We’ll inform you about the Portuguese law.

• We’ll arrange all other measures, which would be necessary for the possible purchase of a property so that everything is prepared for your next visit and to seal the deal.

For our services, we charge a fee of € 350.00 only once (for 2 nights) which includes the over-nights and breakfast. (However, this does not include flight, rental car and other additional unmentioned services.)
