For this, you will need at least 4 days, including the trip to and from (not a weekend trip).
At this time, you can stay at the Vila de Sol or similar accommodations (with a minimum category of 3 suns).
We arrange the appointment with the seller, notary and architect (when requested), as well as a translator (only for the notary).
We prepare all contracts and, for the sale, all necessary documents for real estate registration.
We accompany you and translate the discussions.
For our services, we charge a one-time-fee of € 500.00 (for 3 nights), including the overnights and breakfast (however, without flight cost, rental car and other, similar, unmentioned services).
Your investment of € 500.00 as well as your flight cost, up to the max of € 500.00 with receipt, will be refunded by us upon the purchase of a property.
A brokerage fee, like in Germany, will not be charged! In Portugal, this brokerage fee is paid by the seller!
