For this time, stay at the Vila de Sol or a similar accommodation (minimum category 3 suns).

We arrange the visiting appointment, escort you there and act as your interpreters.

We inform you about the Portuguese law.

We arrange all other measures necessary for a possible purchase of a property, so that everything is prepared for the next visit and to seal the deal.

For our services, we charge a one-time fee of € 350.00 for 2 nights, including breakfast (but not including flight cost, rental car and other such unmentioned services).

Your investment of € 350.00, as well as your flight cost up to € 500.00 (with receipt), will be refunded by us upon the purchase of a property.
